Schauplatz International bearbeitet das gesellschaftliche Thema "Widerstand". Brauchen wir Widerstand als Kraft der Erneuerung in unserer Gesellschaft? Werden Widerstandsformen vielfältiger, je komplexer ein gesellschaftliches System wird? Was ist Widerstand? Gibt es ihn noch? Kann man ihn auf der Strasse finden? Wie äussert er sich? Schauplatz International zeigt Vorträge von Experten, die diesen Fragen nachgegangen sind, die sich mit Ansätzen von ganz alltäglichem Widerstand beschäftigen. Widerstand von Jugendlichen, Familienmüttern, Fremden, Strassenarbeitern, Verkehrsteilnehmern, Arbeitslosen, Obdachlosen, usw. Schauplatz International zeigt, wie sie gegenüber ihrem unmittelbaren Umfeld widerstehen, analysiert die Situationen in denen Widerstand entsteht. Schauplatz International sammelt und zeigt Szenen des Widerstands.

Do we need resistance as a strength of renewal? Do resistance forms get more varied, the more complex the social system gets? What is Resistance? Is it still there? Can we find it on the street? How does it express itself? Schauplatz International is showing lectures of experts to these questions followed, which are occupied with beginnings of completely everyday resistance: Resistance of young persons, family mothers, strangers, road workers, road users, unemployed persons, homeless persons,etc. Schauplatz International shows, how they resist in relation to their direct surrounding field, analyzes the situations in which resistance develops. Schauplatz International collects and shows scenes of the resistance.
